Vitamin D is fat-soluble and is stored in the fatty tissue. Thus, we can consume in the winter months of the vitamin D produced in the summer. If vitamin D is supplemented in high doses and should not be included in the test result, then the preparation should be discontinued already 4 to 5 weeks before the test. If the value is to be measured with the influence of the supplementation, then the preparation does not have to be discontinued.
I already take vitamin D, when should I stop the preparation so that the test result is not falsified.
